About

Helen Quinn

‘Helen Quinn’ was born and raised in North London, attended Exeter University, and has been living in Devon for many years now. From an early age, she has had a love of words, enjoying reading and writing stories, but as a long-term sufferer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a single parent, she has not always been able to find the time or energy to pursue a writing career. Over the years, her interests have included Scottish dancing, cats, wildlife, gardening, history and music.

  • Prince of the Waste Land

For six centuries, the immortal Rycharst Kalmaithis, Lord of Shadowe, has been bound by a cursed circlet—his fortress destroyed, his fury left to burn. Now, as he slowly rebuilds his dark dominion, the Nine Provinces cling to a fragile peace, unaware of the storm gathering beyond their walls. Caught in its wake is Francys Coras, once a celebrated hero, now branded a traitor and an exile. Scarred by his captivity in the Land of Shadowe and torn between love, loyalty, and despair, he finds himself both hunted and revered. Funerals follow funerals, brothers turn against each other, and secrets long buried rise to the surface.
