Living the first half of my life in Cornwall instilled in me a sense of wonder and mystery. I was never far from dark caves, strange burial mounds, derelict houses, and desolate moorland. For a while I was a tin miner, and there were miles of old and abandoned workings to explore. I now live in the South East of England but still seek out places that have an air of mystery, such as woods, forests, man-made caves, and old castles. There always seems to be somewhere to be explored.
