Fez Ozalgan

Fez Ozalgan is one of London's leading head chefs. Before starting at Penelope's, she gained experience at the Grosvenor Hotel and Orrery before becoming a sous chef at Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa. Aside from restaurant work, Fez has also cooked at events at the House of Lords and Ascot.
