Eleanor and Ruth, sisters, grew up in Champion, Alberta. Eleanor attended the University of Lethbridge and obtained a Bachelor of Education. As an educator she designed and implemented literature and music programs. She created stories for students who strived to be better readers and helped them develop an enduring appreciation of reading. Ruth holds a Master of Arts from the University of Lethbridge. In Nashville, Tennessee, she earned a Bachelor of Science at Lipscomb University. She is also a Fashion graduate of Old College. Her background includes creative services for international music projects, and director and management positions in entertainment/media.
