Eddy Dennis is twenty-four years old and comes from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. He studied politics at Goldsmith's College at the University of London. The events he experienced there inspired many of the places and people featured in The Coaster King. After graduating, he got into teaching English as a foreign language. His experiences there led him to Romania, Poland and Vietnam. He has always been interested in writing for years and started off writing poetry as a pastime. This is his first attempt at a novel.
