  • A Study in Love

A Study in Love follows Hannah Fischer, a university student whose pursuit of extra credit draws her into an unsettling psychological study led by the brilliant yet intimidating Professor Matthew Grandt. What begins as an academic experiment exploring proximity, obsession, and attachment slowly dissolves the boundaries between subject and observer. Isolated in a remote setting, Hannah is forced to confront fear, desire, and vulnerability as the study escalates beyond theory into lived experience. As danger intrudes and emotions blur, the line between manipulation and care becomes dangerously thin. Blending psychological tension with emotional intimacy, A Study in Love explores power dynamics, consent, trauma, and the fragile space where control and affection collide. This debut novel is an intense, character-driven examination of love as both a scientific construct and a deeply human risk.
