C. E. Walters lives in Roanoke, VA and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After growing up in Washington, DC, he majored in history and worked in mental healthcare. Combining these experiences, he produced this debut novel in a new trilogy. He remains inspired by his uncle's service in World War II and his mother's writing.
