I'm a former trade sales assistant working for a joinery company within the construction industry, and a mother to four grown up children and my beloved staffie, Eddie. When I started to write The Older Woman I never envisaged that it would lead to anything other than an ‘exercise' at the start of lockdown. This might also surprise you, but I didn't own a laptop until mid-July when we finally came out of lockdown. So for now I'd just like to say thank you and I hope you enjoyed reading it as much I loved writing it.
