I'm Alexandra Sahmkow, a creative spirit with ADHD and a passion for storytelling. In a Sea of Fish, I'm a Monkey is inspired by my journey with learning differences, acceptance, and self-discovery. I wanted to tell a story that encourages kids to see the beauty in their unique qualities. Based in Ontario, Canada, I love exploring creativity and connecting with others through shared experiences. My hope is that this book will help kids and families embrace their individuality and realize that being different is what makes you special.
