Ralph Surman immerses readers in a stormy night in 1938, where the lines between life and death blur within a secluded cottage. Bertha Dix faces her mortality, preparing for a deathbed confession that could exonerate the innocent and change destinies.
A panel of six local authors chaired by Peter Buckman, a local author and veteran publisher. The Bookfest runs from Friday 18thto Sunday 27thSeptember.
