Dødsbringeren

Mike Foreman

Born in a frozen wilderness to a Native American mother and a Viking father, Tsula grows up ‎caught between worlds that refuse to claim him. Drawn by blood and destiny, he journeys to his ‎father’s homeland, only to be swept into the armies of Oleg the Prophet and carried across the vast ‎Russian steppes toward the fabled city of Miklagard. Along the way, Tsula witnesses unspeakable ‎atrocities and endures captivity at the hands of dark, blue-skinned captors who force him to choose ‎between death and Islam. When he finally returns to Norway, his mind is fractured, his faith ‎shaken, and his sense of self in ruins. Seeking meaning, he joins a Viking raid to Northumberland, ‎to Tettenhall, hoping to confront the Dødsbringeren and uncover his fate. Having chased Valhalla ‎all his life, Tsula believes his place among the Einherjar awaits—only to find the gates of destiny ‎closed, for now.‎
