Ernest Fallen

Ernest Fallen was born in Montreal, Quebec. He is an emeritus professor in Medicine of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. As an investigative cardiologist he has published over one hundred scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. He is the author of an e-Learning interactive textbook of cardiology entitled Tales from the Heart. He is co-editor of several textbooks including Evidence Based Cardiology published by Wiley-Blackwell. He has taught at McGill University, The John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, UK and at McMaster University. In 2008 he was awarded The Distinguished Teaching Award from The Canadian Cardiovascular Society. He now makes his home in Toronto, Canada.
