 |  | Rob Silverstone spent many years as a chef in kitchens in Oxford, Nice and Copenhagen. He became a university lecturer in food and nutrition, and later opened a seafront restaurant in an arch beneath Brighton prom. Fish straight from the fishermen and organic sheep cheese from the farm. It was this attraction for authentic produce that took him to Normandy, and he is now back in Brighton with 'The Little Farmhouse Deli.' |
