Rita Haworth is a retired senior university lecturer who lives in the north of England. Feeling ‎somewhat let down with the professional treatment she received to help her overcome her ‎anxiety, she began to research and try out many of the methods she found. With trial and error, ‎she put together a simple system that helped her overcome not only years of battling anxiety but ‎bouts of agoraphobia too.
