Making Cracks

J D Samuel

Life can be disappointing for most of us at times, especially as we get older, and we may find ourselves getting to the end of our tether. What can we do about it? This is one person's solution... She decided to escape, take a year... or two and relax!
But apart from the many strange experiences and wonderful and not so wonderful people she met on her travels, she got an insight into her life and an understanding of others that she could not have imagined. There was help and support along the way but from some very unexpected sources.
This woman wonders, while reflecting back in her old age, just who was calling the shots here, who does run our lives and more to the point why was she dogged by Japanese girls, mediums and prostitutes?
