Mark McEvoy

Did you ever have a dream to do something out of your comfort? I had thought writing would give me a quick way to make extra cash but I became a history undergraduate instead. Then I realised it might not be so bad once the joy for writing down your ideas had become a part of my passion to write. In writing my historical novel I have set to paper the anecdotes, history and thoughts in the political sphere of 1930's Germany.

This historical novel portrays the story of Sean Dempsey, a man who went through the turmoil on the front line of Passchendaele as a tunneller. On his return to his native Ireland, he becomes embroiled in the fighting of the Easter Rising of 1916.
