Kent Hung

Born in Taiwan and raised in Sweden, Kent has lived in Edinburgh since 2014. ‎
He could never have imagined when he was struck by inspiration in 2016 that eight years later he ‎would have written 200,000 words and that his third novel Starry, Starry Night would now be ‎published. The initial idea came to him watching the TV program Long Lost Family. This novel is ‎close to his heart, with themes of mental health and finding peace with the past. ‎
As a writer, his aim has always been to create characters that are relatable and hopefully you'll ‎find them emotionally engaging. Before starting as, a novelist, he had eleven articles on food - ‎published in an English magazine in Brussels - and that laid the foundation for his writing.‎
Starry, Starry Night is the last of a trilogy following Letting Go and Entitled. He awaits the next ‎step on his creative path.‎
