13. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

If, despite aforementioned clauses, a book is returned then that book will be held by Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Ltd pending payment of the amount due, and the book will be sent only after the sum due has been paid. Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Ltd gives particular attention to the way in which its advertising is written to ensure that each advertisement for a book represents a reasonable and fair description of the book. 16. Articles sold as downloads do not include a photocopy licence. Articles are for the use of the purchaser only and should not be copied for colleagues or reproduced on the internet without the prior written permission of the publisher.

18. All invoices issued are sent to the given address with the goods, and will be payable within 30 days of the date on the invoice.
