10. When you place an order with us we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order.

11. Most orders are despatched within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days allowing for exceptional circumstances. Orders within the UK are despatched by post. We regret we cannot be more specific about delivery. If you have any problems or queries please contact us by clicking here.

12. We use best efforts to ensure that product (BOOKS AND ORDERS) information on the website is accurate. Where mistakes occur we undertake to rectify these as soon as we become aware of them. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price we charge the lower amount; if a product's correct price is higher than our stated price we will charge the stated price.

13. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

14. All items are sold in accordance with Section 42 of the Code of Advertising Practice.

15. If, despite aforementioned clauses, a book is returned then that book will be held by Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Ltd pending payment of the amount due, and the book will be sent only after the sum due has been paid. Your attention is particularly drawn both to clauses above and clause 17 below. Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Ltd gives particular attention to the way in which its advertising is written to ensure that each advertisement for a book represents a reasonable and fair description of the book. Should you feel that this is not the case with a particular book, you should in the first instance write to Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Ltd with your comments before returning the book so that the matter can be fully investigated.

16. Articles sold as downloads do not include a photocopy licence. Articles are for the use of the purchaser only and should not be copied for colleagues or reproduced on the internet without the prior written permission of the publisher.

17. In the event of the goods not arriving within 28 days of the order being placed the customer must contact Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Ltd and report the failure. Such reports should be sent to contact us by clicking here.

18. All invoices issued are sent to the given address with the goods, and will be payable within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Where payment is not made and it becomes necessary for Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Ltd to proceed to court in order to recover the sum due, Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Ltd will be entitled to claim the invoice value of the book plus the delivery charge, the court fees involved in bringing the matter to court, plus interest at the rate of 3% per month for each month or part thereof from the date of purchase.

INACCURACIES AND CORRECTIONS

19. If any provision of Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Limited's privacy pledge or part thereof is found (for any reason) to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of such provision or part will not affect any other provision or the remainder of the provision in which such invalid or unenforceable part is contained, which will remain in full force and effect.
