Thursday 3rd July from 2pm at Lingham's Booksellers, Banks Road, West Kirby, Wirral.

Saturday 26th July from 11:30am at Waterstone's, Eastgate Row, Chester.

On Saturday 12 July 2008 J Lou McCartney will be doing a book signing in The Daniel Hay Library, Whitehaven between 11 - 12 noon followed by a book signing from 1pm in the Local Touris attracion 'The Rum Story' also in Whitehaven.

Pat Jones, author of ‘The Boy From Space’and ‘The X-Streamists’, will be signing copies of her latest book, ‘Circles of Blood’ at the following bookshops.

Angela Patchett will be at David’s Bookshop, Letchworth on Saturday 21st June from 11am to 1pm. The event will start with a competition to guess the age of the bear. The prize is a signed copy of her book ‘Angela Angel and the Magic Chair’. This will be followed by a reading from the book.

Children are very welcome to dress as fairies and/or bring their own bears. There will also be an opportunity to sit on the magic chair and make a wish.

Angela will be signing copies of her book until 1pm.

Angela will also be at Waterstones in Hitchin on Saturday 5th July 2008 from 10am to 2 pm.

Yvonne Hughes will be taking part in Independent Booksellers Week by giving a talk about the Murder/Mystery crime genre on Thursday 3rd July, 7pm at Rainham Bookshop.

Walwyn Rose author of ‘Soil for Sadie’ will be giving a daily presentation at the BBC Gardener’s World show each day from Wednesday 11th June to Sunday 15th June 2008.
